About the event
Mentored by the legendary Bob Fosse, Jeff Shade has danced on Broadway in Sweet Charity (directed and choreographed by Mr. Fosse), Chicago (dance captain for Ann Reinking’s Tony Award winning choreography), and Teddy & Alice. He has been a guest on the Rosie O'Donnell Show, Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, and Spoon Mountain Opera Special, HBO Christmas, The Today Show, and numerous other tv specials. He has also been featured at Radio City Music Hall and featured in Susan Stroman’s first national tour of Crazy For You!
Jeff's choreography has received critical acclaim, including a rave in Variety, a New York Musical Theater Festival Best Choreography Award, and a Carbonell Award nomination for his choreography of the world-premiere of Cagney. His choreography has been seen off-Broadway (Atlantic Theater and Chelsea Playhouse) and on American and Japanese Television, and on stages around the world.
